This graph shows the relationship between cities' latitude and the wind speed on a particular day. Latitude is plotted on the x-axis, while cloudiness is plotted on the y-axis. Wind speed is measured by metric kiloton.

Significance

There seems to be no apparent correlation between a city's latitude and the city's wind speed. There is a subtle rise in wind speed ranges from negative sixty degrees to eighty degrees, but most cities' wind speed was under six kilotons.
